Notes

Been active as the Toronto Ninja since July 15th, 2015 (5 days after she turned 13). Became active for two reasons. 1)After seeing the 'Show's over Mother fuckers video and Mindy atop the white van video. She doesn't know the two videos are of the same person. 2)Surviving a school shooting when her best friend jumped in front of a bullet and took the shot in the head saving her life.
Has killed 5 times. (3 times with poisoned Shuriken darts, 2 times with Tessen)
Skilled in firearms (taught by mother) but doesn't carry due to difficulty in acquiring said weapon. But would carry a Glock 19Gen4 if she could.
Ella's father is Carrie Milligan's uncle by blood. His brother (deceased (killed by Carrie in UP)) was Carrie's father.
Ella is very nosy and inquisitive.
Ella and Carrie discover each other's nocturnal activities at the same time as they both try to sneak back into their house
